Who is Eligible To Participate?
Subject to the additional restrictions below, the Fantasy Bond Girl Profile Contest (the “Contest”) is open to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, Canada, Australia and United Kingdom who are eighteen years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of SONY Studios, PalTalk (“Sponsors”) and its affiliated companies, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees, are not eligible to enter or to win. The term “immediate family members” includes spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren.

How Do I Enter?
All entries must be submitted online and be submitted before October 23, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. (E.T.). All entries MUST BE ORIGINAL content for which you own the copyright or have secured the right to distribute without restriction. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address. No mail-in entries will be accepted. By submitting to the contest, you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, including the grant of rights set forth below; if you do not agree with these terms and conditions, do not submit an entry.

How Will Winners Be Selected?
Two winners will be selected from all entries by a PalTalk judging panel. While we welcome creativity – no entry that does not conform to the profile entry form will be considered. Plus PalTalk reserves the right to omit any material it deems unsuitable for a general audience.

How Will PalTalk use the submitted entry?
If your entry is selected as a Winner, Sponsor may post the wining entry in any fashion Sponsor chooses. All entries become the express property of PalTalk for unrestricted use. In addition, Sponsor may post entries that are not selected as winners. Accordingly, by submitting an entry in the Contest, you acknowledge and agree that Sponsor shall have the right (without limitation or further compensation to you) to edit, adapt, modify, reproduce, publish, promote, display and otherwise use your entry in any way it sees fit, including the right to publish your entry online and in print, as described herein.

What Could I Win?
At the conclusion of the Contest, Winners will be contacted for mailing address of said award. Winners will be notified within 30 days of the conclusion of the contest. Sponsor’s inability to reach a winner, the return of any prize notification as undeliverable, a winner’s failure to timely respond to prize notification, and/or a winner’s failure to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules may result in that winner’s disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in all prizes, and the selection of a substitute winner. Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law) which must be returned within ten (10) days of date of personal delivery or date of sender’s postmark.

What Other Terms Apply?
Prizes are nonassignable and nontransferable. No substitutions or cash equivalents allowed by winners. Prizes are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes each contestant’s consent to the publication of his or her name, likeness, city and state of residence and biographical information in any media, including without limitation the Internet, for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation. Prizes not won and claimed by an eligible winner in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of Sponsor. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Contest judges designated by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Contest as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event the Contest is compromised by a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest. Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

Who Is The Sponsor?
The Fantasy Bond Girl Contest is sponsored by PalTalk. The decisions of Sponsor and the Contest judges designated by Sponsor regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of the Contest shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Contest.
