The Duck Days of Summer are sticking around for just a little longer! The race for the Grand Prize is neck and neck, so close we wanted to see who can really show those duckies who’s boss! Therefore, we’re extending the Grand Prize competition through noon on Friday, July 7, 2017. Do you want that 1 Year Prime Subscription AND 5000 Virtual Credits? Show us a parade of ducks to prove it — and don’t forget, you can send them to yourself!
Extended Competition Details:
- Daily Prizes will not be awarded for 7/5-7/7; the extension applies to Grand Prizes only
- The Grand Prize recipients (first through third place) will be awarded on July 7
- Reminder: Grand Prize recipients are calculated based on Rubber Duckies received, not sent. However, by sending a Rubber Ducky to yourself, you are counted as both the sender and the recipient.

To celebrate the good weather, we’re having a competition! How many Rubber Duckies can you collect through July 4th? On July 5th, the Pal who received the most Rubber Ducky Gifts will win a 1 Year Prime Subscription and 5000 Virtual Credits (~$500 value!). The person with the 2nd most Rubber Ducky Gifts will win a year of VIP and 1000 Virtual Credits, and 3rd place wins a year of Extreme and 500 Virtual Credits.
Don’t worry, though, there are prizes for everyone! For every day through July 4th, we’ll also be giving out one month each of Prime, VIP, or Extreme plus 100 Virtual Credits each to 3 random members who send a Rubber Ducky gift.
Remember, sent Duckies count toward the daily prizes and received Duckies count toward the grand prizes. Tell your Pals and muster your armies — for this competition, teamwork is going to be key.

Rules Summary
1) Eligibility:

2) Timing:
- June 30, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time until July 4, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. EDT
3) How to Participate:
- Login to your Paltalk account and send or receive one or more Rubber Ducky Gift. (Remember, you can gift yourself!)
- For Daily Prizes, send at least one Rubber Ducky Gift a day to be eligible. (Each day you send one or more Rubber Ducky Gifts, you will be entered one time to win that day’s prize, regardless of the number of Duckies you send that day. A member who sends one Rubber Ducky has an equal chance to win that day’s prize as someone who sends 10 Rubber Duckies.)
- For Grand Prizes, receive as many Rubber Ducky Gifts as possible to collect the most over the competition. (Remember, you can gift yourself!)
- Limit: Each participant is eligible to receive only one prize during the promotion period.
4) How to Win:
- The Paltalk Team will determine those members who have received the three highest numbers of Rubber Duckies and award them the grand prizes in order.
- The Paltalk Team will select three random members who have sent at least one Rubber Ducky Gift for the daily prizes (3 prizes each for 5 days, or 15 total daily prizes)
- Winners will be announced by the use of their Nicks on social media (Facebook and Twitter) and other Paltalk communication channels.

Detailed Rules:
1. Eligibility: The Duck Days of Summer Contest (the “Promotion”) is open only to members who have sent or received a Rubber Ducky Virtual Gift from the Paltalk Gift Store. Employees of Paltalk (“Administrator”) and their parent as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Participation constitutes a member’s full and unconditional agreement to these official rules and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Participation does not guarantee winning. All activity on the Desktop and Mobile platforms is eligible and valid. Members are not obligated to participate.
2. Timing: The Promotion begins on June 30, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) and ends on July 4, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. EDT (the “Promotion Period”). Administrator’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Promotion.
3. How to Participate: During the Promotion Period, login to your Paltalk account on your Desktop or Mobile device and send/receive one or more Rubber Ducky Virtual Gifts. Sending a Rubber Ducky Virtual Gift to your own nickname is a valid form of participation. Once you send and/or receive a Rubber Ducky Virtual Gift, you will be automatically eligible for the Contest.
All potential winners are subject to verification before any prize will be awarded. Limit: Each participant is eligible to receive only one prize during the Promotion Period. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
4. How to Win: Administrator will determine Grand Prize winners based on overall number of collected (received) Rubber Ducky Virtual Gifts. Administrator will determine Daily Prize winners by random selection from the list of all senders of Rubber Ducky Virtual Gifts for the day in question. All senders of one or more Rubber Ducky Virtual Gifts are equally eligible to receive a Daily Prize on any day they send at least one Rubber Ducky Virtual Gift, regardless of the total number they send that day.
5. Prizes: Three (3) GRAND PRIZES (Awarded at the end of the Promotion Period to the recipients of the top three [3] most Rubber Ducky Virtual Gifts):
- First Grand Prize: 1 Year Prime Subscription and 5000 Virtual Credits (ARV: $500)
- Second Grand Prize: 1 Year VIP Subscription and 1000 Virtual Credits (ARV: $140)
- Third Grand Prize: 1 Year Extreme Subscription and 500 Virtual Credits (ARV: $80)
Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received at the end of the Promotion Period.
Fifteen (15) Daily Prizes (Three [3] members awarded per day of the Promotion Period):
- First Daily Prize: 1 Month Prime Subscription and 100 Virtual Credits (ARV: $65)
- Second Daily Prize: 1 Month VIP Subscription and 50 Virtual Credits (ARV: $28)
- Third Daily Prize: 1 Month Extreme Subscription and 25 Virtual Credits (ARV: $15)
Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entrants at the end of the Promotion Period.
Limit: One (1) Prize per person. (Three [3] members awarded per day of the Promotion Period, plus three [3] Grand Prize winners.)
For All Prizes: No cash equivalent and all prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made. Administrator reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or lesser value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.
6. Release: By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Paltalk and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies, suppliers, distributors, and advertising/promotion agencies, as well as each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
7. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner’s consent to Administrator’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photographs, voice, opinions and/or town, state and country for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. Note: Winners will be announced and celebrated with the use of their Nickname and other selected information from the list outlined above on Facebook, Twitter, and other Paltalk communication channels.
8. General Conditions: Administrator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend and/or modify the promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the process or operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these official rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
11. Limitations of Liability: Administrator is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion.
